I am trying to buy a 2024 Lexus NX 450h+. They send me a link on a car they have coming in May or June 2024. I am getting ready to go forward and then they change the link target HTML content and remove the discount. I ask the salesperson, Amena Hye, and she says there never was a $7,500 discount. However, I had taken a screen print and proved it too her. So she no longer responds and the General Manager, Lyza Postell, says she will have a manager assign me a different sales person. In the meantime, poof, the $7,500 discount I was offered, has disappeared. Wow, what a way to run a business. More
