I had an almost Superb experience last weekend purchasing a gently loved suv from lexus clear lake. Everything went smoothly and the sales people and finance representative were great. When we initially inspected the car there were a few rock chips, which they corrected, along with replacing tires on the car (after their final inspection). However when we got in to leave, there was an 8 inch s rat h on one of the doors, which they could not easily repair, and all we got was a "sorry" after refilling clear coat. That was very disappointing to me. More
