Sterling McCall has no follow up..what can they say when you had an appointment that should take less than an hour, your car is driven out of the cover of the drop off area and 2 hours 45 min later you get your car back and find out that it was not driven into the shop area, but left out in the hail storm that started over an hour after you brought your car in. Before I left the dealership I requested they repair the damage that was done, I was told that they would not repair my car.
