Took almost 3 hours just to change 1 tire! !! And their reason was because its a Saturday and they are usually busy! I have a tire warranty from Lexus so I have to bring my car to any Lexus! Ot !! Drove into the drop off area at the agreed time and waited 20 minutes and finally ask one of the people if I could get someone to care for me.
