Waited over three months for our second key and called corporate office to inquire about when the chip would be delivered to dealership. They told me it was ready and I was scheduled but when I arrived I corporate office to inquire about when the chip would be delivered to dealership. Patrick Schoenvogel was very nice and went out of his way to get it from the sister dealership but couldn’t get it worked out. He gave me his card and when it arrived he called and set up a time to installed and program. Patrick went above and beyond the call of duty to make it right.
