This was absolutely a great experience, from the moment I drove up, until I drove off. I entered the service area, which you pull into one of the garage doors and park in the enclosed garage check-in area. I drove up, until I drove off. I entered the service area, which you pull into one of the garage doors and park in the enclosed garage check-in area. I was immediately greeted by one of the staff members. He asked me the purpose of my visit and assigned me an advisor. I then met Mr. Dean who would be my advisor for the day. He sure was a great guy, professional and courteous. I let him know what service I needed for my vehicle. He explained what would take place and gave me an estimated time of completion. In the meantime, I ventured into the waiting room where I enjoyed a cup of hot chocolate from the self-serve beverage machine and some complimentary snacks. There is also a beverage vending machine. The seating was absolutely comfortable. Mr. Dean came and let me know that my vehicle was almost ready. They provide a complimentary vehicle wash and that's where my vehicle was. Shortly after that, the young lady called me to the cashier desk to pay for the service. She was very nice and courteous. She informed me what would happen next, which was to wait by the service door until the vehicle and keys were brought up. Mr. Dean ensured I got my vehicle remote and I was on my way. The entire facility was immaculate and this was an overall great experience. More
