I have bought many makes and models of cars in the past from various dealerships throughout the Greater Houston area and Fred Forshey is by far the best salesman I have ever encountered and worked with. Fred Forshey was very friendly, honest, patient and very helpful throughout the entire car purchase. He has excellent communication skills by phone and email and kept me informed on the vehicles I was interested in throughout the entire process. I have never purchased a new vehicle and the battery goes dead 24 hours after purchase. I called Lexus roadside for help no one showed up had to get a jump to make it home. Then called roadside assistance ag dead 24 hours after purchase. I called Lexus roadside for help no one showed up had to get a jump to make it home. Then called roadside assistance again and was told because I moved locations that’s why no one showed up. To top things off the service drive manager the next morning when I showed up to the service department after my second car jump to get there said “there is nothing I can do about the roadside assistance you received but moving forward we will take care of you. I received another battery but I am having a very hard time appreciating his customer service “Patrick S.”(Service Drive Manager) This should have never happened a dead cell within 24 hours of purchase . NOT A GOOD FEELING OR LOOK FOR A NEW CUSTOMER TO HAVE BEEN STRANDED IN A NEW CAR BECAUSE OF A BATTERY!! More
