This was my third visit concerning the same issue with my brakes, and I must admit that my previous visits left me feeling quite disappointed. I had been sent home with what I could only describe as a medioc brakes, and I must admit that my previous visits left me feeling quite disappointed. I had been sent home with what I could only describe as a mediocre brake job, despite expressing my concerns about a persistent squeaking sound every time I used them. However, today’s visit was a refreshing change. Alberto took care of me and was incredibly attentive. He quickly identified the issue with my car, and I am very happy with how everything was resolved. As someone who had previously given up on the Clear Lake service department, I am relieved to know that you have a team member who genuinely cares about customer service and takes the time to address customers' concerns.
