Why have an appointment when there is still a 20-minute wait just to check in and servicing the car takes over another 2 hours? Driving 2 hours for this disregard for time is not worth it. The receptionist was not much help when I came. I asked to speak with Daniel because I had text him back from the text me from about the Lexus RX 350.
