The revive department completed work in my car at noon. I had to wait until 1:30pm for the service rep to process my paperwork so I could pay and leave. Another service rep should cover for anyone gone for lunch to facilitate customers paying for service in a timely manner the technician did an excellent service job but the service rep was inefficient at her job by leaving me stuck for an additional 1 1/2 hours.
