I couldn't be more pleased with my recent purchase of a 2024 Sonata from the Sterling McCall dealership in Houston, Texas. I went in knowing what I wanted and sat for about 10 minutes to wait on a sales re 2024 Sonata from the Sterling McCall dealership in Houston, Texas. I went in knowing what I wanted and sat for about 10 minutes to wait on a sales representative because the person I spoke to over the phone 45 minutes prior to arriving was with another customer. The short wait was worth it as I was soon intoduced to Carlos who took the buying experience to the next level. He quickly and eagerly pulled around the car I wanted to see and we talked outside for about 15 minutes while my wife and children examined the vehicle. I connected with Carlos as a parent rather quickly. My wife was sitting in the truck to keep the kids at bay, but soon came to see the car just to make sure this was the right one. Carlos genuinely smiled on as my oldest climbed into the back of the new car, the youngest sat in the stroller with green and yellow snott dried to his nose and upper lip, and the middle child, who knows at this point. Ultimately, I was going to get this car from whichever dealership could offer ther best price. I wasn't in a hurry to buy and had already been to 2 others and was going to check in Dallas as well. What made me go ahead and buy the vehicle was the people and the connection I got from Carlos at Sterling McCall. I've purchased vehicles in the past and have always felt like the dealership was just trying to screw the buyer over. I didn't get that feeling from Carlos and I felt he was very genuine. He also delivered the vehicle to my house and told me to call him anytime I have a question about the car or features. Top notch in my book and a rarity these days. Give them a call and ask for Carlos. You won't be disappointed. More
