Thank you for your response. However, an "appointment" carries the expectation that you have a reserved spot. An oil change does not take an extended period of time. I had things to do - which, again, is why I made an appointment in the first place. I took respect of the dealership time and arrived well ahead of my appointment time with no expectations of getting in "earlier". I just don't like the idea of arriving late to an appointment. I also expect MY time to be respected. I indicated on my appointment that I would be waiting. I don't even wait that long at the doc office! And then, your service personnel indicated I needed both air filters. I had replaced them just two months prior. Yes, the video showed a little debris, which is totally normal. I also paid less than half the price that was quoted for the filters when I replaced them. This is not acceptable.
