Went for oil change and showed up for my appointment on time and waited 2 hours in the waiting room and then asked about my car that I was informed had not been started yet. I researched and tried to find a dealership that could accommodate me. My tuscon was not working I had 5000 cash to get fixed or trade car in. By not responding I ended up having car wasted and had to get another car. I can't believe could not find a deal with .me having 5000 cash but you chose not to find out.
