The service appointments I had before the dealership moved into this new location were awful. They did the work, but the person that waited on me acted like he was doing me a favor by helping me and was moved into this new location were awful. The waiting area was dirty in the bathrooms were dirty when I went for service. It was like a whole New World. Everybody was polite. Everything was clean and the guy that waited on me was awesome. Mark and Craig were very friendly and helpful but many of the other service reps are not very good at returning your call or updating you on your vehicle or parts status.
