Their service was the worst. After a week of being in the shop, they still didn’t look at our leaking coolant problem. Was very unhappy with the service advisor. (Glen Blankenship) He was poor in communication. Returning my calls was at a very low minimum. I don’t know what was going on with him, one day my daughter and I stop by to see what was going on, services advisor totally ignored us. We went over to the service manager who helped us. In addition, my car was at this dealership for 6 weeks. As of now, just can’t see my self coming back to this dealership location. I’ve used this dealership service before and it was great.
