Craig the service advisor is a liar and very rude… I was told next week every week I asked like I said it’s been 3 MONTHS!! At what point do I get a little transparency. It’ll be one thing if they told me how long it’ll take but they told me it’ll be done one Wednesday then I call they say next Wednesday and so on. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU NOR YOUR CAR AND YOU WILL GET HUNG UP ON IF YOU TRY TO GET ANSWERS. More
