Went in for service on 2005 Honda CRV and had several issues. One was the cruise control had failed along with the engine check signs and battery replacement. This was overlooked and had to make an addit issues. One was the cruise control had failed along with the engine check signs and battery replacement. This was overlooked and had to make an additional trip to dealership (45 miles round trip) and they need to order part so now need to return next week when part comes in. The quote for rear shocks was quite high so am going to have that done at a local shop. The gentleman was apologetic about miscommunication and there will be an adjustment on my bill for the cruise control part. So they are accommodating in trying to get things right. Have been using them for 8 years since moving to Texas from Colorado and I have found them honest. More
I was told to see Max when I arrived but Max was NOT helpful! He looked at me, stamped a paper, walked away and talked to another employee for 15 mins and never came back to check me in. Angel was very helpful & courteous checking me in and documenting any concerns with my vehicle. Vickie the service advisor explained maintenance performed and what work should be performed in the future. Not sure about Max but with employees like Angel & Vickie, I would recommend Sterling Honda for vehicle service. More
