Terrible! ! Called to inquire about the availability of a used vehicle and then showed up 30 minutes later to test drive. At the end of the test drive I was t ! At the end of the test drive I was told there was someone else at the dealership that was interested in the vehicle. I was told that I had first option to purchase but only if I financed the vehicle through them. I had previously explained that I had financing pre-approved through my bank already and was prepared to do business immediately. The sales manager, Bryan Vazquez, instructed the sales person to tell me that I could finance through them and refinance through my bank at a later date, otherwise they would not sell me the car! This dealer would prefer that you show up uninformed and unprepared so that they can prey on you with inflated interest rates. Again...terrible... More
