The service department is very friendly, efficient, and professional. My service advisor Chris Elrod was excellent in that he took care to listen what services I was asking for my vehicle and then quickly professional. I took car to shop for a diagnoses review. They said It was my alternator. I asked them not to fixed it. I went to pick up my car and it would not start. They told me I had to get a wrecker They said It was my alternator. I asked them not to fixed it. I went to pick up my car and it would not start. They told me I had to get a wrecker to tow it. I told them it was running when I got it there, it should be running when I pick it up. They refuse to pay for a wrecker service to take it to my home. They would only pay for it unless I purchased a new car. Plus some of my items were missing from my car trunk More
