Carlo the service tech has so far proven to be the best thing about this dealership. Hopefully he will follow through on his word. I haven’t yet decided on the service department. Went in on a check emissi thing about this dealership. Hopefully he will follow through on his word. I haven’t yet decided on the service department. Went in on a check emission light. It will turn on at 1/2 tank of gas. Ran a diagnostic test on it and $1800 to fix the problem. Took 4hrs but got an oil change and changed out the air filter while I was there Carlo talked to service manager and Ty said they would work wit me and contact Honda about the problem. Pad my Bill and went to go Leave the check emissions problem light was off. I showed Carlo it was off. We were both shocked. Light has not yet. Come back on. More

Service advisor Jason friendly, helpful and offered a warranty repair at the same time as the oil change (which i had purchased 3 for $149 the last time i was in — definitely a deal that included tire ro warranty repair at the same time as the oil change (which i had purchased 3 for $149 the last time i was in — definitely a deal that included tire rotation). Set up a Lyft ride home (paid for) bc It was going to take longer than originally planned. Finished work by end of day which was not promised bc It could have been the next day. Offered filter changes that wee timely but allowed me to check “approve/deny” on line without even needing a phone call. Didn’t try to oversell services which is always appreciated. More
