They lost their customer relationship. For status of repairs you have to call them now. I have been a customer since 1987 and this past year or two that service has disappeared. The dealership is good at sales, not really good at maintenance services. I bought AcceleCare and my 2nd maintenance they didn’t aware about it, still invoiced me until I told them. Another time, I had my wheels alignment but my wheels still shaking as nothing being fixed. Another time, I had maintenance with free car wash, when I drove home I just realized my car hasn’t been washed and they didn’t inform me about that while in the paper all checked. Gino that pulled my car in was the only nice and welcoming when there. He directed me to a service rep who didn’t seem too happy that he brought me to him and the service rep didn’t seem too happy. welcoming when there. Once he got done with whatever he was doing to help me was not friendly, was not smiling, was not anything, and it was kind of misleading on what they were going to do with my car when I went in for an oil change. I didn’t have a really good experience with the last service guy who I don’t believe is there anymore because this other guy was actually sitting in his spot More

I was there for an oil change. We asked Mark to show us the new Honda Pilot. He was great from the beginning and provideds us with great customer service. Was not greeted with a smile. I had an oil change coupon for a $39.99 which I presented to the service representative. When the service was completed they told me the price and th I had an oil change coupon for a $39.99 which I presented to the service representative. When the service was completed they told me the price and they had not honored the coupon price without me asking for it. . No apologies, no smiles I just signed the ticket and left. More
