The service dept initial personal contact (female) was very rude to my wife. We called and made an appointment and then was told that’s is on the dealer side. Overall very unprofessional. We have been getting our Honda products serviced at this dealer for over 11 years and bought 4 vehicles from them. Never again I’ll drive to another dealer before ever setting foot in their lot to buy a car. Customer service sucks. More
