I came in for a $19. 95 email coupon for an oil change. They came up with additional car needs that I have to do. So I went along with it. An hour later I was informed tha 95 email coupon for an oil change. They came up with additional car needs that I have to do. So I went along with it. An hour later I was informed that they do not have the correct amount of fluids to put in my car and that they do not have a stock of the tire brand needed for my car and would have to order both of these two items. All the while smiling at me. I guess I just cannot go there and have a simple oil change without being advised by the representative that I need additional necessary services and if not then things might happen that would cost me more if I did not do as advised. More
