Took my 07 Fit Sport in for replacement of several items on recall. Carlo the service attendant greeted me quickly and went over everything involved. He answered all my questions and even took me to the mec on recall. Carlo the service attendant greeted me quickly and went over everything involved. He answered all my questions and even took me to the mechanic who would be servicing my car to go over the various items to be replaced. Took a couple of days due to parts availability but no issues at all. Very happy with the entire process and the professional attitude of everyone working there. The shop was super clean and organized almost like a hospital for cars. Great job! More
They lost their customer relationship. For status of repairs you have to call them now. I have been a customer since 1987 and this past year or two that service has disappeared.
