I’m a new owner of a 2023 Passport (425 miles). This was my first service experience and third overall (1st to try to buy a car, 2nd to buy two accessories). Service experience: 1. Appointment time was meaningless, as walk-in business preempted my time. 70 minutes to inflate tires with nitrogen. 2. Personnel at Service, Parts, and Cashier all seem indifferent to customer. Not rude, just seem like they’d rather be elsewhere 3. Surprised to learn inflating tires wasn’t included in 2 year free maintenance (because this was nitrogen). Wasn’t planning on a $58 invoice.
