My truck needed an interior driver-side door lamp cover and a front passenger-side fog light replaced. I went to the parts desk and ordered myself. I was told that I would receive a call when the parts c and a front passenger-side fog light replaced. I went to the parts desk and ordered myself. I was told that I would receive a call when the parts came in but I remember having to call them and the parts were there. After picking up the parts, I went to the service desk to get a quote (Bruce Anaya) on installing the fog light. The quote was higher than my other quotes but the difference wasn't worth the risk (more confidence in the dealership). I went online to schedule service to have the fog light installed on the following Saturday. Day of service, they took my truck in basically on time and performed the installation very fast. Overall, very pleased (small issue- the tabs holding the plastic portion of the bumper around the fog light weren't fastened back like it was). The only thing was that I was quoted 2+ hours for something that took about 45 minutes. I went to check out, and the price that I was being charged was the quote and not the actual work. Long story short, Bruce made it right and I will go back based on the honesty of the situation. More
My car was in there two months ago for recap work and they reset my change oil alert but I didn’t have them change my oil. Break warning light was on and I was told it was because the battery was faulty and they tepoaced it. Just an inconvenience and makes me doubt the work was done right either time. Never had problems with navigation until the recall was worked I. Now it just keeps freezing. More
