The processing of the papers were smooth. The car is so perfect. I highly recommend this company for purchasing both used and new cars. They said it had protective coat or other add ons I don’t remember but i don’t know why the price of the vehicle didn’t reflect all the add ons already on the vehicle. It was in the paper work I just didn’t read everything correctly as a first time buyer it would have been nice If they told me what was all added on to the car and how much it all was instead of just letting me see the base price of the car. I guess I just seen a price on the vehicle and thought that was it but nope. The manager apologized for them not explaining everything but it’s too late for me. He even admitted that has happened a lot and they are working on it. So make sure you read everything and don’t rely on them to explain it to you. More

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Sterling McCall Honda in Kingwood, which began on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 8:15am , when I brought my car in due to multiple issues, including Sterling McCall Honda in Kingwood, which began on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 8:15am , when I brought my car in due to multiple issues, including warning lights, overheating, and problems with the accelerator. After explaining the situation to the service advisor, Jessica C., I was left waiting for seven hours with no clear updates or information about my car’s status. When I requested more information, I was met with unprofessional behavior from Jessica. Her attitude was dismissive, which led to Manager Will S. stepping in to take over the situation. While I appreciated Will’s professionalism and his apology for Jessica's behavior, the initial experience was extremely frustrating. By the end of the day, I was told my car needed several repairs, including a transmission fluid service, brake system flush, throttle body decarb, a tune-up, and injector replacements. The total estimate was $2,418.86 with shop charges and taxes, which I approved, including an oil change. However, I left the dealership without my car that day, at 3:00 PM, and did not get it back until the following Monday. On Monday, November 25, 2024, when I returned to pick up my car, I noticed that the oil change had not been performed, despite having requested it. Will did not include this in the work order. After some back-and-forth, the mechanic took another 30 minutes to perform the oil change. Additionally, I learned from the mechanic during a test drive that Jessica C. had received previous complaints about her attitude, which only further highlighted the lack of professionalism I had experienced. Unfortunately, my car's issues persisted. After leaving the dealership, my car continued to have the same problems with acceleration and shutting down. I returned to the dealership on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, and was told I would need to leave the car again for further diagnostics. To add to the frustration, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional $90 out-of-pocket for a rental car, despite being told that the dealership would cover the cost. At this point, I am still without my car, and I have not received any meaningful updates. I’ve spoken with other mechanics who have advised me that I was overcharged for services that could have been done at a much lower cost, including the diagnostic check that I was charged $1,646.82 for. I was also informed that many of the recommended services were simply routine maintenance and should have been part of the regular diagnostic checks that are typically included in basic service packages, which leads me to question the transparency and integrity of the services provided. I am extremely disappointed with both the service I received and the lack of accountability for the issues with my vehicle. The experience has left me feeling scammed and emotionally distressed, as I have no clear answers about what is wrong with my car or why I’ve been charged for services that were unnecessary. I strongly advise caution if you are considering bringing your vehicle to Sterling McCall Honda in Kingwood. The lack of professionalism, unclear communication, and questionable pricing practices make it difficult to trust that they have your best interests in mind. More
