Comfortable waiting area. Advisors are very helpful & keep you up to date on your vehicle. I arrived for my 10:45am appointment at 10:39am and waited in the waiting room until a little after 2pm for my car. When I hadn’t heard from any customer service representatives regarding the status of waited in the waiting room until a little after 2pm for my car. When I hadn’t heard from any customer service representatives regarding the status of the completion of service to my car, I decided to ask the cashier if there was paperwork behind the desk to indicate that my car service was completed. And yes, she found that paperwork, but no one had contacted to let me know that the work on my car was finished before that. After paying for the service and looking over my invoice, I discovered that my car was ready at 13:08 (1:08pm). So, I had waited over an hour in the waiting room after my car was ready. No one informed me that my car was done, and I wasted an hour just sitting in the waiting room. To be fair, I did visit the restroom at some point during my visit, and it’s possible that someone could have come out to tell me my car was done during that time. Even if that was the case, someone should have made sure that I was informed that the mechanics were done with my car. More
