Miranda didn't tell me of physical damage to the car. Also was never told that the car would take a week to "fix". I dont know what was even wrong or what was fixed. Ended up being a full week and was never offered a temporary. Never showed me options and instead "picked" a car and bought it for me. Which would have been fine if the car was fine. Either way, luckily, I am able to fix all these issues on my own. I have now purchased 5 vehicles since 2021 there, and unfortunately Miranda has made it very unlikely I will return. She was nice, but very obvious gaps in her abilities as both as a salesperson and as someone supposedly knowledgeable about the process and inherently, cars. More
