My experience here is usually good. This last time though they found in a screw in my tire and insisted it couldn’t be fixed and just wanted to push a new tire purchase. Not even a “well it’s close to the side wall, so we skeptical”. Plain as day it could be patched. Discount also noticed my wiper blades were worn out and falling apart, yet the day before the multi point inspection at the dealer said they were good. I guess we are just pencil whipping inspections now and pushing for new equipment when it’s unnecessary. Starting to lose faith in this place. More

I sat in the dealership 4 whole hours after Jesse told me it was a 2 hour wait . During this wait no one came to give me any updates regarding my car the work literally NOTHING ! At the 4th hour I found Jess it was a 2 hour wait . During this wait no one came to give me any updates regarding my car the work literally NOTHING ! At the 4th hour I found Jesse to get an update & he said and I quote” I left for a funeral someone was suppose to come talk to you did she not ? “Ummmmm no she didn’t if she did I wouldn’t be telling you I haven’t talked to anyone ! I needed additional work on my car . my car had been sitting up finished for 2 hours while I’m waiting to speak with someone about extra repairs . No rectification in site that day from anyone so I left ! Fast forward 2-3 weeks later I get a call from Jesse with THE saddest ridiculously put apology with an offer of a car detail (valued at $159.95 he buttered it up to make it sound good & it sounded as crazy as he did and they told me they didn’t already wash my car because my bumper was hanging ) and to insult to Injury Jesse did inform me that I would be getting a survey and because he offered the detail as a pacifier to this awful situation I should just “ignore “ the survey …YEP he said ignore it for him . So this situation definitely left a bad taste in my mouth 4 hours and my car only received an oil change . More
