Ok on service. Arranged Lyft service to pickup which did not occur. Called back twice and still no service. Missed an appointment that night as I was unable to pick up my car. If I had known, I could have made other arrangements. In addition, I asked about fixing my drivers seat panel or cost for replacing as it was detached. They indicated they pushed trim back on and didn’t see any broken clips. I got in car and by time I was home, it was detached. I am 5’0 and 130lbs. This shouldn’t happen. I also told them to check why I smelled fuel at start up when still in garage. Their remark was, could replicate, but just leave the garage door open or to change my air intake to not pull from outside, only inside of car. .Why would I start my car with garage door closed if I was going to be driving/leaving? Wasn’t impressed with my requests for additional diagnosis and these were the answered/responses I received. Seemed like in a hurry to just do what was expected on maintenance. Even the Lyft car service was overlooked. No Lyft service that evening and the first Lyft car the next day canceled. They did give me a 15% discount for my inconvenience. May try a different Honda dealership next time. This was my first experience with Sterling McCall of Kingwood and really was disappointed. More
I called on a Friday to check on Labor Day hours, Julie answered the phone and gave me the hours. I told Julie we would be in on Labor Day. We met Julie at 9am Monday morning and left with a new CRV Hybr answered the phone and gave me the hours. I told Julie we would be in on Labor Day. I had a bad experience with another local Honda dealership. I spent $3400 with them and my husband told them he wanted them to change every fluid that needed changed, to top all fluids off and fix dealership. I spent $3400 with them and my husband told them he wanted them to change every fluid that needed changed, to top all fluids off and fix the left turn signal. They said I would have to go to a body shop to have my turn signal repaired. My head lights wereb dimmed and they said it would be very expensive to do anything about that. My husband and I took an 8 hour drive in the car and believed it was a good job. We had the mechanic where my husband works take a look at the turn signal and lights and learned the transmission cap didn't fit and there was transmission fluid everywhere. (One of tge things we had paid for.) We had NO brake fluid and when we reviewed the notes learned they didn't add brake fluid because we needed new brakes, but they NEVER mentioned this to us!(There were no signs the brakes were bad, but I was having nightmares that I couldn't stop the car.) At my husband's insistance we went to this new dealer where we learned our brake pads were rated a 1. They were dangerous. They replaced my brakes. They fixed my turn signal, repaired my lights, and gave me outstanding service, all the same day! . Carlo was phenomenal, thorough, and carefully reviewed all the mechanic findings wirh me before we left. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! When we are ready to buy again, this will be our first stop! More

As always, Sterling McCall Honda provides an excellent service experience. Daniel Flores has assisted me for this visit and my prior service appointment. He recognized me which is nice, but more important service experience. Daniel Flores has assisted me for this visit and my prior service appointment. He recognized me which is nice, but more importantly he was very attentive to me waiting and provided updates throughout the visit. My car was. washed, vacuumed and with tires rotated and fluids replaced the CR-V was like new after the service. Sterling McCall is absolutely the best auto service department I have run into in all my years of having my vehicles serviced. More
