Everyone in the service department is like a big family, when you use their service you see them helping out each other as well as do their best to take care of you. Most updates are timely and they do it a when you use their service you see them helping out each other as well as do their best to take care of you. Most updates are timely and they do it according to how you receive news best. If you prefer being called they will call, if you prefer texting they will text. For big service recommendations that amounts to a grand or more, I appreciated the technicians making a video that shows where the problems are and an explanation of how they plan to approach it before you make the decision. For the most part I cannot say I am uninformed. However do keep a copy of work done in other garages, sometimes they recommend work to be done that’s standard but it’s up to you to be clear about telling them the work had already been done somewhere else.
