The customer service is usually outstanding but my most recent visit made me rethink returning. It was extremely chaotic at 7AM. I was overlooked several times even with a scheduled 7AM appointment. I was just handed off to a Service Advisor, who saw my frustration and was actually helpful. However, I did not receive the attention normally received to discuss car maintenance suggestions. More
