Somehow their entire team missed that, even when they had to move the vehicle after the service was said to be completed. Complete lack of competence. More

Ser ice was excellent. I had an appointment and upon arrival someone from setbice department came out and took charge immediately upon confirming my name. They force me to buy new battery and today my truck shows low oil pressure which truck didn’t have this problem before but I am not gonna take it back and wait another month Anyhow, thank you More

I had an appt at 9am for an oil change and tire rotation. It took 2 1/2 hrs. I was surprised because other cars I have owned, it never took this long for this type service. Also, my car was not washed (had dirt all over it) and no one even cleaned out the cleaned the plastic out or the paper placed down on the drivers side: David, the tech. Said I needed full synthetic oil because it is a hybrid but my paper work did not reflect that. So have to wonder did they put full synopsis in and what will it do to the truck. Not exactly happy for how long I was there. More
