The service agent that helped us was very rude and tried to lecture us on when we can bring the car. I told her I got a text that there was an open recall and that’s why we scheduled and brought the car. to to lecture us on when we can bring the car. Bought a used 2024 Expedition and had to immediately take it to my local dealer due to brake light,turn signal and parking light not working. Local dealer denied warranty on fuse replacement claiming vehicl it to my local dealer due to brake light,turn signal and parking light not working. Local dealer denied warranty on fuse replacement claiming vehicle had been wrecked, which was not disclosed by selling dealer who refused to take the vehicle back in exchange for another vehicle without reducing the trade in value on the vehicle I bought 3 days after I bought it and had my warranty denied. Overall service was rather quick and this is the first time I've sent my vehicle in for repairs where I didn't come back with any other kind of issues it didn't have to begin with.
