David Nguyen helped me with an issue that another dealership could not get right so I gave up on them and decided to give Sterling McCal department! David Nguyen helped me with an issue that another dealership could not get right so I gave up on them and decided to give Sterling McCall Ford a shot. Boy am I glad I did! David had a full multi-point inspection done in my vehicle and found a few other things that needed to be addressed. Thankfully I had the extended warranty and the ones that were covered were charged at $0!!! And the other issues where regular recommendations for service. I use this vehicle for work and so I gladly took them up in the recommendations. I will absolutely be back and this is now new go to dealership. Thank you David for looking out for me and keeping me informed as the process went on. He gave me a realistic timeframe and delivered ahead of schedule!!! More
