Mr Crow At this point it would be more appropriate for you to call me. Your managers are not acting in good faith throughout this process. If you are sincerely interested in resolution please call me to discuss the additional specifics that have come to light since my review, none of which include any contact from your team. I would like a copy of the Carfax report presented to me at the point of sale for my record please. Mr. Crow, I have not heard from anybody at Sterling McCall Ford and have since received my plates and was unable to mount them due to no front license plate bracket on the bumper. Replacing bulbs, fuses and license plate brackets should not be necessary on a "Blue Certified" vehicle which is advertised to have undergone a rigorous multi-point inspection, right?
