I tell you that the Sales woman Sayra is a calm person I am the one to get nervous but her attitude was always positive in the way she helped me get everything I needed to get my deal on my car . And then the finance manager he also was great he helped me close my buy so quick and explained everything and made me feel real at ease. This was the fastest and calmest buy of a vehicle never felt so good and happy with their service.. I am truly blessed with them . thank you so much More
My experience with this dealership was so asinine that it was almost comical. Took my vehicle to this location for evaluation of a suspected electrical issue that caused the car alarm to go off at inappropri was almost comical. Took my vehicle to this location for evaluation of a suspected electrical issue that caused the car alarm to go off at inappropriate times. Was told I would need a new key, cost of which would be $400. I declined because I would have rather purchased a new vehicle than invest any more into my current vehicle. However, upon attempting to arrange pick up of my car I experienced communication issues including several calls asking if I wanted to reschedule my appointment after my car had already been dropped off, as well as a period where employees could not locate my vehicle based on any of my identifying information (all of this occurred in the same day in which I dropped the car off for service). After much frustration and back and forth, I asked that the keys to my vehicle be locked inside under the mat so that I could pick up my vehicle after hours that evening (my job is in the medical field with irregular hours). I confirmed with an employee that this arrangement would be fine, and I agreed to assume any potential liability of the vehicle after the keys had been left in the car. When I returned late that evening after a 16 hour shift to pick up my vehicle, all of the gates were locked. Not only was I unable to take my vehicle and exit the premises, the dealership called HPD and I was threatened with attempted robbery of my own vehicle. After proving my identify and ownership of the car, I was still not allowed to exit the premises and was forced to leave my vehicle to be picked up at a later time. The next morning, an employee called me threatening to tow my vehicle because I had taken the key with me after the events of the prior evening. When discussing the events, the employee insisted he relayed that the gates to the dealership closed promptly at 7:45pm. However, the last employee I spoke with in making arrangements to pick up my vehicle after hours was a woman… I will be trading in my current vehicle, but would rather walk everywhere for the rest of my life than buy any car from this dealership. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. More
