When we got to the point of our orientation for our new truck with Josue Moreno, that also was a very nice experience. We learned alot and was very informative. I am 68 years old and I can honestly say that this is the most satisfying and pleasant vehicle purchase experience I've had, ever. Usually, finding, selecting and purchasing a vehicle is quite a tedious and time consuming process, an event I find necessary, but something I don't enjoy or find pleasant. Part of the buying process that I really don't look forward to are the paperwork process and customer service "orientation". Mark's efficiency in doing the financing and other paperwork is most impressive which made it seemed like a breeze. Usually, at this stage of the buying process, I would be quite exhausted and ready to call it a day, and I believe my wife shared this feeling with me over the many years of purchasing vehicles but Mark went through the "tons" of paperwork required, in such a courteous, cheery,and friendly way that I found myself actually enjoying the time I spent in his office. Genna's courteous, cheery, genial, and efficient way of explaining information, that my wife and I needed to know, was most pleasant and she even went out of her way to take us to the shop manager about an appointment for an oil change which I appreciated very much, but I really didn't need this free service.
