The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because when you pull in and they are not that busy no one comes out to help you. I sat in my car 15 minutes before one of the young men from the shop walked up to my pull in and they are not that busy no one comes out to help you. I sat in my car 15 minutes before one of the young men from the shop walked up to my car and told me noone would come out and help I would have to go inside. Why have a sign that says pull up and wait for someone but noone comes out. That same young man came inside after two people pulled up and said, " We have 2 cars waiting", one young lady just laughed at him and the other just looked at him and kept her focus on her computer screen. That to me was unacceptable. If it wasn't for the young lady who helped me I would have given this place 2 or 3 stars. More
I’ve been going to this dealership for over two years now. I mostly come because since I own a Chevy and since they are a Chevy dealership, would specialize in servicing a Chevy. How naive was I. I brought my car here to service my AC because it’s not working. After paying over $2,000, my AC is still not working. When I came back to confront the issue of it not working, I was given to another manager other than the manager I spoke with and that handled my account, Asim. The other manager gave me a bunch of fluff about the dealership keeping my car but not being seen until two days from the day I left it because they are behind. Then I would have to pay more to have a diagnostic test done for them to determine if the work they did is the issue or if it’s a new problem. Then I would have to pay for the problem to be fixed. Could they not have seen this issue the last time they “fixed” my AC? Please check their work after they say they have done it. Not sure what’s going on but their work is dwindling and not top notch. They have no problem charging you but service is subpar or less. I think it’s time for me to move on. This dealership is not the best option for service. Please shop around. More

Had an appointment at 0800 for an oil change and tire rotation. I finally got to leave the dealership at 1040. This is me second service and the first one was almost two hours. rotation.
