So let me spare anyone looking for a Chevrolet, the hassle of driving to and dealing with this dealership. I was lured there by an online search of the vehicle I was looking for. I drove 47 miles to hassle of driving to and dealing with this dealership. I was lured there by an online search of the vehicle I was looking for. I drove 47 miles to go and look at the vehicle. Upon arrival I found that the vehicle I was after, had now been modified with nearly 20k of equipment. This was not reflected on the website. I stood in the showroom for nearly 10 minutes opening and closing the door of this vehicle, which drew the attention of none of the 4 salesman I observed sitting in their cubicles with no clients. I then followed a salesman into his office and asked if would like to help me. He was the only thing that was good about this entire experience. His name was Mr. Hidalgo. We then discussed other options as there were a few. I then test drove a vehicle. Another family was looking to buy this vehicle when I returned, which was not an issue as this one was not the color I wanted. I then told Hidalgo I would be back in two days with my wife to see if she like the vehicle. Two days later I returned, planning to buy the truck. After returning from a test drive I found there to be another "buyer" who wanted the truck. I told him and my salesman that the truck was no longer on the market. Hence when all the shenanigan's ensued. After working the deal for nearly two hours, we were close to the deal. I was told we needed to go to finance and then when I brought my trade in that we could adjust the trade price. The finance guy, then wanted me to sign the contract for the price that I had not agreed to. I told him that I would not be signing and that I needed the contract to take to my bank for outside financing. He refused, stated "well I guess we are not signing anything tonight then" . He then left his office and returned with the Sales Manager. This man proceeded to tell me that the deal was the deal and that they were not going to give me anything more for my trade and that I childish for having sentimental attachment to my trade. I attempted to explain that it was not sentimental attachment, it was just knowing what my trade was worth. Considering that this was a sight unseen offer they had made me, I merely explained that the vehicle was worth more than what they were offering. The sales manager then said, "okay, if that is what you think, we will see when you bring it up here and we will start all over". I stated that I did not want to start all over, but that we should only need to adjust the price of the trade. He stated that , "this is not how we do business here". At which point me and my wife stated that we would not be doing business at all and got up and left. No more than reaching our vehicle in the parking lot, my phone rang. It was the sale manager explaining that since I left on the deal they were going to sell the truck to the other "buyer" I said great sell it. It should be noted that the other "buyer" hung out the whole time and was supposedly brokering a deal on the other colored truck. I observed him drive this vehicle around back, to the back lot. Odd for a non employee to do, right? That is because the other buyer was an employee, that I recognized from the day before sitting in his office doing nothing. They had this man change clothes and act like a buyer to try to get me to buy the truck. Crazy right. Understandably upset, I contacted a salesman at the dealership we get all of our Police Vehicles from to ask him to check if the vehicle was available and to see if he could get it on his lot. Mind you this is 3 days later and over a weekend. He called within an hour and said the vehicle was still available and wanted to know if I wanted to proceed. I thanked him for his help and told him no, that I was going to go a different route all together. The morale of the story is to stay away from Sterling McCall Chevrolet. They may have changed the name from Munday, however they still have the same group of unprofessional, unethical staff working there. They have been reported to the BBB as well. Stay Away From This Place. Ryan More

The sales process was quite bad, basically my feeling is that you're a scam. Charging u$s995 for a mandatory upgrade that was supposedly already applied to the vehicle is a scam. Windows are not tint, th that you're a scam. Charging u$s995 for a mandatory upgrade that was supposedly already applied to the vehicle is a scam. Windows are not tint, there is no treatment on the paint (it was full of water marks), the N2 in the tires a total disaster (5psi difference between tires) so I either have to drive 50 miles to you or I will put regular air. I think the only thing that was truly added to the vehicle are the wheels safety locks (25u$s value). So again, the sales process for me is a scam. Charging 995 for mandatory upgrade is a scam. Just put the right price online and that's it. Kenneth was not willing to improve the price one single cent, on top of already charging 995 for non-existent upgrades. Anyway, the price was good, so I closed the deal. I give it a good thought and would have been a mistake for me losing the deal. But I would not recommend neither do business again with Sterling McCall. More
