I have been a customer of thiis dealership for the better part of 10 years. For them to treat me the way I was treated yesterday is downright disgusting. I will never spend another dime there. Whether I call or see her in person, she is patient and explains everything in detail, which puts my mind at ease, and allows me to trust her and the company. She always has a positive attitude, and she ensures my vehicle is done correctly. There has never been a time I had to contact Valerie or management due to dissatisfaction of my vehicle or my experience as a customer.
