This place needs to contact me about my vehicle. I bought a Kia Stinger gt here on July 25th. The car has had 5 issues since owning the car. I was informed it had about 10k miles on the factory warranty, I aslo purchased a 3500$ Premier plus new contract. The 4th break down was MAJOR. Driverside CV axle blew out while I was driving home. It also broke the rear differential mount. Took it to Kia and they would not honor the warranty. Called Gulf State, who is the extended warranty company. They denied the repair saying “our contract starts after the factory warranty expires”. Though the contract itself states otherwise… “contract starts day of purchase”. My buddy who is a mechanic, he pointed out the cause of the issue. A bolt was broken off in the Rear differential. That must have been “overlooked” by Sterling McCall. This repair Kia quoted me 10,000$ to fix this. Kia also said the axle had been repaired under warranty 2 other occasions. So this is the 3rd, could classify as a Lemon. Im in over 6,500$ in repairs in the vehicle. Problems are still arising. They need to take this car back or do something about this. The car has been inoperable for 4 weeks of ownership. I have no rental, I had to have the car towed 3 times. Im not playing games. If I do not hear back in 72-96hours. They will be hearing from occc or my attorney or both. More
I wish I could give this place a negative review. Let me start out by saying I really wanted a Tahoe they had on their lot so I kept trying to buy here. I went through MULTIPLE salesman. None o Let me start out by saying I really wanted a Tahoe they had on their lot so I kept trying to buy here. I went through MULTIPLE salesman. None of them cared to help, until one, about two weeks in. I finally got down there, most of the paperwork was done (I drove 2 hours.) I was very clear I didn't want anything added, just the used Tahoe, no extras. When I got to finance, the lady was cussing so much and making a huge deal about her computer being slow and wanting to get out to go home because I was late coming in. When went to sign, I noticed she had added almost $4000 in extras to the final bill. When I asked her to take them off, she threw a fit! It took almost 30 minutes for her to redo the paperwork, all while she was cussing and slinging things around on her desk. Fast forward to 5 days after I had the Tahoe. I was driving home when every light came on, it slammed out of gear and wouldn't go past 30mph. A family member had to pick me up and get the car home. I was crying and super upset. When I called the salesman, he told me I'd had the car 6 days. We'd finally got them to admit I was on my 5th day. The used sales manager called back, his name is Fazard. The rudest, and unwilling to help, emotionless human being on this planet. Finally after a lot of going back and forth and him refusing to take the car back, I took it to a mechanic I trusted in my local town. He found that there was wiring issues and that the dealership knew of this and tried to cover it up. They were the only mechanics listed on carfax also, so they sold me this car knowing it would mess up soon, and I would foot the bill. Luckily, I am a paralegal and was able to get my boss, an attorney involved. Fazard finally agreed to take the vehicle back since it was major. But...he wanted me to drive this vehicle that wouldn't go over 30mph 2 hours or tow it for $600 at my expense. Again, talked to my attorney. After back and forth of this rude guy, he finally admits they have a man in the area who tows for them. I'm not sure they can keep up with their lies anymore at this point. So, my car is towed from my home and taken back. Because they've already appraised my vehicle and started a deal for me, I had to stay with them as my credit couldn't take another hit. So I picked out another vehicle. At this point I do not have a vehicle. I'm a single mom with a son, and I missed work and he missed school because we didn't have a way to get there. I explained this to Fazard and asked about their delivery option on the website. He stated he wouldn't be delivering to me because of my issues with the last purchase and that *I* wouldn't bring the Tahoe back. The Tahoe that wouldn't go over 30mph due to electrical issues. He was extremely hateful and told me I had 5 days to pickup a new car or I would need to get my old one. I explained to him I would pay the delivery fee if he could get it to me, he refused and ignored me from then on. Fazard has my Honda Pilot, has not sent a check to my bank, I owe a payment on a car I don't have. I DO NOT HAVE A CAR, and the dealership is refusing to help me because of an issue they were not upfront about. I've called the General Manager but have not heard back. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. Hello, Thank You for the opportunity to provide some constructive "Feed-Back"... *on 7-19-2022, I just had a similar experience as one from 2-years ago; respect for customers and their vehicles, has constructive "Feed-Back"... *on 7-19-2022, I just had a similar experience as one from 2-years ago; respect for customers and their vehicles, has not improved at (Sterling McCall, North Freeway Chevrolet, Service Department) over the course of several years now... My Service Advisor was Friendly and Professional; I appreciated his service to me. That being said, I have 3-reasons that lead me to my review; which is generous, when balanced against how they have treated me and my vehicle. As a premise, I gave a "Perfectly Clean and Detailed Vehicle" to the Sterling McCall, North Freeway Chevrolet Service Department; to insure that they knew there was absolutely no damage on it... 1) The service to my vehicle has already taken 2-days; since they did the repairs incorrectly, and damaged my vehicle, the job isn't nearly finished... 2) My Vehicle was Utterly Filthy when I picked it up... *Please Remember: I deliberately Detailed it thoroughly {Immediately Prior, to dropping it off} to definitively show that there was no damage to the vehicle. 3) This was the least forgivable issue: I came to them with one problem; I'm leaving with 4-new problems that they caused, and should take responsibility for (we'll see)? a) They hit my door against another vehicle, and chipped the paint. b) They did not re-align the body panel they removed correctly. c) They neglected to re-install 2-rivets and 2-bolts (somewhere); I found them under the hood, next to the wiper blades. d) They scratched and separated my window tint (about 6-inches)... Thank You for your time and consideration, on these issues... Sterling McCall, North Freeway Chevrolet Service Department... *Feel free to contact me: Have a Wonderful Weekend... More

The dealership itself wasn’t bad but when I went to go look at a car they offered to have me test drive, when I went to visit it had been sent out to auction. Beware of the Used car department. They are selling lemons and they are fully aware of it. They do not stand by their product and are looking to trick people.
