Had work done to fuel pump wire that broke or didn't work, they don't know why !!! They had to take the spare tire off ,without the key, work back there to trace/rerun a new wire. 800 miles later my work, they don't know why !!! They had to take the spare tire off ,without the key, work back there to trace/rerun a new wire. 800 miles later my tailpipe breaks off because it wasn't attached as I found out. They claim no responsibility, "we didn't disconnect the exhaust !!! " WHO DID ???? More

Hi, I bought a car with them on July 19, 2022. I started having mechanical issues after I took it for a service appointment on October 18, 2022. After we left things where fine until a week later I started having mechanical issues after I took it for a service appointment on October 18, 2022. After we left things where fine until a week later, that the car left us on the street on October 26, 2022. We had road side assistance and they came to get the car. Apparently the car had mechanical issues that they had to use the extender warranty and they didn't even offer a rental car for me because due to covid they don't rent their own cars so they go thru enterprise and I would need to pay the rest cause they only cover $40 a day. I got a hold of the manager at the time he didn't help with my concern only repeated what the service person had said. They fixed those issues after we paid our extended warranty other wise they would do nothing about it. We are now at November 9th the car is back at the dealer because more mechanical issues. It is at less than 90,000 miles on it. Yet we are continuing to have issues on this Semi used car. Also the people I have spoken to don't seem to want to help and I am extremely disappointed. . Never again will I be using this business More
