Salesman PEDRO sold me used 2013 Jeep Sahara. The vehicle was not working properly, and I believe I should have been advised that the vehicle has mechanical issues. I feel that the inspection was passed without testing the vehicle because the horn would not work. I took the vehicle to another dealer because I had a very hard time communicating with the Sterling McCall. I could not get a return call and some items promised have not been fixed. I was able to speak to OSCAR GUEVERA a used car manager (is what I am told he is) to explain that no repairs could be covered under the warranty because I quote the inspector "STERLING MCCALL SOLD YOU A VEHICLE THAT WAS LEAKING OIL AND THIS IS ALL PRE-EXSISTING". I would have never purchased this vehicle knowing that it has the following issues: 1) horn not working 2) Bluetooth not working 3) brakes all around including the rotors 4) front wheel is sticking which is causing the caliper and the hoses to get chewed 5) rear brakes and rotors are metal to metal 6) oil leak at valve cover gaskets 7) seals from the front axle of the vehicle are leaking 8) Sterling McCall promised to the driver side door handle and did not. The extended warranty that I purchased at the time of that I paid CASH for my jeep confirmed that these issues are all pre-existing and nothing would be covered. The vehicle should have never been sold in that condition and could not even pass inspection. More

The customer service SUCKS! ! Every since Sterling McCall bought out Munday the service in the service department has dropped drastically. I feel like when you make an appointmen ! Every since Sterling McCall bought out Munday the service in the service department has dropped drastically. I feel like when you make an appointment the sevice advisor that is assigned to your vehicle should come out and take care of the customer and not have the customers waiting cause you on a phone call. The respectable thing to do was to get off the phone and check the customer in or ask an advisor that's not busy to assist her on checking the customer in. My appointment was for 8:45, I didn't get checked in until 9:01 only because I had to go inside and raise xxxx about the advisor not coming out. Then when my vehicle was ready she didn't try to find I had to go to her once I saw my truck in the ready lane. I really HATE going there but my husband insists on going there since we bought it from Munday. 🚩🚩They go through service advisors you never get the same one when you go in for service. The service advisor that was assigned to vehicle for today 11/6/23 was Nina Moran DO NOT chose her cause she DO NOT have any customer service edict. Talked to the service manager who said he addressed the issue I had today and corrected it but I won't hold my breathe that he did what he said. Also he said he would take care of my next service whenever I come in. He stated that he would be sending me an email so I can have his email address and direct phone number. I have yet to receive that email again I am not gonna hold my breathe. After today, I will not be going back to pay out of pocket, but I will go back only to get my FREE oil change if and when he send the information STERLING MCCALL CHEVROLET ON 45 DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE FOR SERVICE!!!! My visit today was not very pleasant. I decided to wait on my car . I waited two and half hours before I was told what the problem was to my car. And than another hour and half to get the I decided to wait on my car . I waited two and half hours before I was told what the problem was to my car. And than another hour and half to get the problem resolved. I was told my phone rejected the texts sent by the serviceman. Lesson learned never wait you must keep checking on your car. More
