The sale process was fairly simple, And since I dealt with a trusted friend for the sale, . My issues are with the service department. Nearly four hours for an oil change & tire rotation. I had a scheduled appointment but was told on arrival that they don't really follow appointments on saturdays - It's first come first surf. Why accept appointments then? When I picked up my car, I found that not only had my tires, not been recalibrated.After being rotated, But all the pressures were ridiculously low. Luckil, I hadn't left the dealer's lot and had to turn around to go back to the service department and have them get my tires to the proper inflation. Quality control on the service actions needs vast improvement. More
