From beginning to end, I was kept well informed and up to date regarding my vehicle's service progress. After the service was completed, I was met by their service manager (David Guerrero), as he thanked my for my business and wanted to know if there was anything further they could do to assist me during my visit. …NOBODY does things like this anymore. Very professional group and I was made to feel as if they valued my business. One thing is for certain, they’ve earned 100% of my business going forward. Excellent job! More
Lost the keys to the car and tried to get me to sign paperwork for it anyway. They finally got the car re-keyed after I walked out. Came back to buy car. Finance added them back in saying they have free "coupons" but infact charged for them. Car(EV) didn't have charger or rear carpets. I was given a third party charger, even though they are a Chevy dealership.(Car was Chevy). No gps security tracker listed in deal, but there was one installed in my vehicle. The only redeeming factor was my salesman who seemed to do the best he could to fix issues. More
We bought a Cadillac Escalade from Sterling McCall. The air conditioner did not work and the back tire had no tread on the inner 1/4 despite representations that the tires and car were in good conditio The air conditioner did not work and the back tire had no tread on the inner 1/4 despite representations that the tires and car were in good condition. Unfortunately, we bought the car in February when we had no real way to test the AC against warm weather conditions. When we brought the car to Meineke to diagnose the AC issues, they showed us that stop leak had been sent through the system as a bandaid instead of Sterling McCall addressing the car’s AC issue before selling it in purportedly excellent condition. Additionally, the dealership was supposed to provide a second key fob for the car, which still has not occurred 4 months after we bought the car. I would never buy a car from this dealership. More
