Service advisor was terrible! I asked for the price of a tpms before the work was done and she gave me the price of one at check out 5 hours later. I think the customer care and the service department was way above and beyond average I felt very secure that I was getting an exceptional deal and very good information and when the service was completed I was provided with a very detailed and lengthy report about the condition of my vehicle and which service and maintenance were recommended and an exact price for each service. I am very very happy with my experience at this dealerships service department today!! Would highly recommend for all Chevrolet owners More

There are too many dealers in the area to deal with this place. Every step in the purchasing process was broken. Online inventory doesn’t match what’s physically there. They layer on more than $1k for all p place. Every step in the purchasing process was broken. Online inventory doesn’t match what’s physically there. They layer on more than $1k for all pre-owned prices with ClearShield and GPS. Sales didn’t tell finance about the trade-in so they had to redo all the paperwork. The vehicle needed a couple of things fixed and every 2 days I was told a new date for a week and a half. No proactive communication on updates even when they said they would. More
I just want to begin by saying that your service department is second to none. All of your services advisors are great. Yet, I do want to give a shout out to Valerie Lex for being awesome. Everytime I bring in my truck she gives me 100% awesome service. Valerie is very professional and understanding. However, I did give Sterling McCall Chevrolet a poor rating due to it's sales managers. I have bought 4 Colorados from there and I have had 2 of the worst buying experiences ever. One of which was this year and this one just left a bad taste, which even my wife was angry at. Let me put it into context, I lost my father on January 4 of 2024 shortly on January 9 a drunk driver totaled my 2022 Colorado which was a midnight edition. I came to Sterling McCall on January 13 to purchase what would be my fourth vehicle from this dealership. I explained my situation to the sales advisor who ignored my situation and didn't care I was a loyal customer and promised to get me into a similar vehicle. Yet, all he did was get me into a basic Colorado model paying more than what I was paying for before which was a fully loaded midnight edition Colorado. Currently I am driving a Colorado, which nice but the sales advisor didn't even try to work with me. More
