Everything was okay until I kept getting ignored by my salesman. I have called him three separate times requesting the mats for my car and access to the GPS tracker. Each time he gives me a reason as to why he doesn’t have the mats and says he will call me back. I wanted to write a better review, but this is strike three and I still don’t have my mats. Interestingly enough, they were sure quick to charge me for both the mats and the tracker, claiming they could not take that off the final purchase price. Oscar G. has made it evident that he does not prioritize his clients. I will never let him have my business again, nor will I ever return to this dealership. More
Good afternoon. I not so happy with my purchase. It’s been less than 30 days and already have so many issues with my truck I have a Toyota tundra 2018 and but, 1. C I not so happy with my purchase. It’s been less than 30 days and already have so many issues with my truck I have a Toyota tundra 2018 and but, 1. Catalytic Converter issue 2. Alarm system don’t work properly 3. Alignment cannot be fix because it had a collision before and they never fix it for the next costumer. The wheels lock was on contract and wasn’t even on the wheels. 5.keep complaining and communicating the issue with my sells man but the help that is provided is not working how I expected. I keep coming to this dealership every Friday for service. And I think the personnel don’t address all this issue before sell the truck. I understand is busy but is not a professional for the costumer lost a day every week on an issue that can be fix before. And I keep telling the issue to my sells man before I go upper management but I think they have to work on it. I need help because first I pay 4k on front and also a working single mom to keep back and forth every week to get something fix that is was there before I bought it. and I address it verbally but I keep getting ignored. Manager please help. I keep coming to Toyota dealership so they can tell me what wrong with my truck. I can’t drive my truck like this is not safe for me and my family because I have to go out of town for work and out state and that keeps bathers me. Please help More
