I apologize that you feel as if you were “baited and switched” on a AC diagnosis. On AC systems, it is customary to evacuate and recharge the A/C system to properly diagnose your vehicle. You approved the $600.00 A/C System Diagnosis on your personal phone to continue to move forward with the diagnosis. We recharged the system and then you got upset with the diagnostic fees even though we explained that in the event you approved the repair to the vehicle that the diagnostic fee would be applied to the repair so that you are not double charged for anything at all.
