Hello, My apologies for what has happened. As a single mother I can understand how it would be difficult to have unexpected expense occur on your vehicle. I am here to help out as much as possible. It sounds like your extended warranty that you purchased did not cover the component needed. Sometimes this happens. We happened to have repair financing available to assist in these instances and 99% of our clientele are approved. If you’re interested in repair financing let me know! That’s not the point. I specifically told them what needed to be replaced, a hose. I knew what was wrong but I could not do the repair myself which is why I took my car there. Why couldn’t they tell me beforehand that my warranty did NOT cover hoses. Why couldn’t they tell me my warranty didn’t cover hoses before I left mg car there. Only to be told the next day that my warranty didn’t cover hoses and I still had to pay up to $200 to get my car back. I would have never left my car.
