I’m a single mother of 3. I was told I still had warranty and it would be a $200 deductible and they could fix whatever the issue was so I dropped my car off. I get a call the I was told I still had warranty and it would be a $200 deductible and they could fix whatever the issue was so I dropped my car off. I get a call the next day saying my warranty will not cover the hose I needed replaced and that it would be $520. I said I won’t be needing the service and I’ll pick up my car. To which they said well it will be $180 for the diagnostics they did to my car. I specifically said what was wrong with the car before taking it. I knew it was a hose and told them it’s a hose. Why couldn’t this dealership tell me beforehand that my warranty wouldn’t cover the hose replacement??? Paid $180 for nothing to be done!!!! Ridiculous!!!!! More
I’ve gotten repairs done at this dealership twice. I went in to get my brakes fixed. They charged $500 because they said the wiring was damaged. They fixed the wiring then turned around and said well I went in to get my brakes fixed. They charged $500 because they said the wiring was damaged. They fixed the wiring then turned around and said well it’s now leaking and broke and that will be another $700. If you saw that the wiring was damaged then you should have seen the leak as well. It’s a scam. I paid them $1000 to fix things with my check engine light. Two days later my check engine light came back on. I called and called and called nobody would give me an answer. Now they’re saying something different is wrong with my engine. A sensor. But at first they didn’t tell me that. Please take your car elsewhere. I’m out of $1,500 and my car still is not fixed. I still have the same issues I walked in with. More
