Sometimes 8am Saturday oil changes take until 1pm, sometimes you are out at 11am. More

I texted my salesman, Jansen, and requested some options for my niece to look at to replace her late model car that had too many repairs needed to justify keeping. I was even further surprised that he was willing to stay late for me to arrange the test drive the same night when she fell in love with his perfect suggestion! By the time the night was over, management and F&I all pitched in well past their regular office hours to make my niece's dream come to reality and she drove away with the car she fell in love with suggested by Jansen just afeww hours earlier.
